Cara Membuat Keripik Pisang

Keripik Pisang (Makanan Ringan)

untuk hasil ± 500gr

1/2 sisir pisang kepok, pilih yang agak keras namun hampir matang
minyak goreng secukupnya

Cara Membuat:
– Kupas pisang, iris tipis melingkar. Rendam sebentar dengan air garam kemudian tiriskan.
– Goreng irisan pisang hingga kering (sebelumnya, panaskan minyak gorengnya terlebih dulu). Lakukan sedikit demi sedikit. Angkat dan tiriskan. Sisihkan sebentar untuk kemudian dilapisi dengan adonan gula.
– Campur gula pasir, gula merah dan air dalam panci, masak dengan api kecil hingga mencair dan agak mengental. Masukkan gorengan pisang satu persatu kedalam gula kental kemudian angkat (usahakan lapisan gula tidak terlalu tebal). Sisihkan di suatu tempat hingga kering, dan siap disajikan.
